Mulat Pinoy started out in 2009 as a population and development awareness campaign in anticipation of the 2010 national elections, talking about relevant issues with bloggers, journalists, voters and candidates. Now on its third year, Mulat Pinoy is focusing on popdev awareness for the youth, through the use of social media!
